Want to find some balance in your fitness journey? We have just the thing! Jackie is offering special one hour yoga classes at the gym on May 17th at 11:45am and May 18th at 11:15am! Open to members and non members alike for $10 per person! Members can sign up at the gym, non members can contact us to book their session!
Jackie completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2022 with a vinyasa/hatha focus and has received additional training in Meditation, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.
